Roofers JAC of Syracuse, NY, Local 195, will be accepting applications, in accordance with its Equal Opportunity Policy, for apprentice training and journeyman positions beginning March 31, 2008.
Applicants must be physically able to perform the work required; at least 18 years of age; may be subject to a physician's exam; and must have completed 10th grade. High school diploma, GED, or school transcript required. Applications must be filed in person at Local office (address below). Office hours are: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. Local 195 serves a 12-county area in upstate New York, including Oswego, Onondaga, and Jefferson Counties.
